2. Purpose of data processing

Toda Kogyo Europe GmbH uses your data to make this website available to you and to further improve and develop this website.

c) Right to erasure – „right to be forgotten“ (Art. 17)
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay.

d) Right to object (Art. 21)
The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her.

f) Right of appeal to a supervisory authority
Each person concerned has the right to appeal to the relevant supervisory authority.

We store your data as long as we deem it necessary and in-line with current legislations and industry guidelines.
