With numerous highly sophisticated IT devices, wireless devices, automotive electronic devices, and other electronics surrounding us, the electromagnetic environment is creating an ever-increasing number of issues. In order to transmit and receive high-quality communications and images, for even to operate properly, electronic devices are required to coexist in a variety of electromagnetic environments. In the RFID communications devices that have become more and more common in recent years, such as IC tags, our magnetic sheets are used to prevent internal interference in antenna devices of cell phones.

Flexible Ferrite Sheet (FLX series) is a sintered Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite magnetic sheet with high permeability and low loss, based on soft ferrite technologies of TODA KOGYO.

Main Features

  • High magnetic permeability and low magnetic loss resulting
  • Bendable and do not degrade its magnetic properties.
  • The thickness can be made as thin as 45um, making it suitable for devices that require low profile.

Flexible Ferrite Sheet (TES series)

Flexible Ferrite Sheet (TES series) is a sintered Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite magnetic sheet that can shield noises from both electric and magnetic fields in a wide freqeuncy band from 100kHz to several 100MHz.

TES series contribute to preventing of componet malfunctions since they effectively shield the noises caused by electromagnetic fields from in-vehicle electronic components.

  • Shielding material for noises causes by electromagnetic fields from electronics components

Ferrite Plate for Thin Inducator

This plate is a sintered Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite magnetic plate suitable for magnetic cores of thin inductors.

This plate, which have shape and surface usable in a silicon wafer manufactureing process, are sutiable for higher performance of inductors and low profile in hight density packaging.
